NORDCITY Parking house - 600 parking spaces for everyone.
The 10 floors that the parking house has offers its visitors almost 600 parking spaces in two levels Premium and Basic, where absolutely everyone can park and the first two hours of parking are FREE.
Photovoltaic panels are placed on the roof of the parking house, which can also produce energy from the back of the panel. They transmit light, necessary for the growth of the green roof, which is located under the entire photovoltaic area.
Each year we produce approximately 135 MWh of electricity, which corresponds to 10% of the energy consumption of a building larger than NORDCITY Commercial.
In the modern world, where time is a valuable resource, parking is often a difficult task. With the increasing number of cars on the road, it is important to have efficient and convenient parking solutions available and that is what our NORDCITY Parking House is all about.
Parking house offers
PREMIUM ZONE
The PREMIUM zone includes the 1st and 2nd floors of the parking house.
• Designed for short-term parking.
• After the first 2 hours of parking FREE, the price for each hour started is 2 euros.
BASIC ZONE:
The BASIC zone includes 3 to 10 floors.
• First 2 hours FREE, each next for 1 euro.
• During holidays and weekends, you can park in the Basic zone all the time for only 1 euro.
If you plan to spend a longer time in NORDCITY Žilina, we recommend that you park in the Basic zone, where you have the first 2 hours for free and every next one for only 1 euro.
Monthly packagescan be purchased directly at the parking machine on the ground floor of the parking house — the Post Office entrance or Online at this link.
Payment of parking
