CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF SENDING A NEWSLETTER

According to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

By entering your email address into the newsletter subscription field and submitting it, or by giving consent in another form (e.g., via email), you express your consent according to Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR to the processing of your personal data, specifically your email address, by the joint controllers:

(hereinafter collectively referred to as the "joint controllers").

I give my consent for the purpose of receiving newsletters, updates, and tips regarding:

‍

  1. social events held in the Nordcity business zone, Žilina, or
  2. offers of available office or retail spaces, parking spots in the Nordcity business zone, Žilina, or
  3. parking possibilities for the public in the Nordcity business zone, Žilina, or
  4. other marketing information related to the business activities of any of the joint controllers.

The processing period of the personal data is 7 years from the date of consent or until the consent is withdrawn, whichever occurs first.

I am aware that this consent may be withdrawn at any time.

As a data subject, I declare that I have been informed according to Article 13 of GDPR about the following facts:

  1. Personal data will be processed by the joint controllers, who have designated as the contact controller – the company Reinoo, a. s., with its registered office at Poštová 1, 010 08 Žilina, Company ID: 46 742 999, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Žilina, Section: Sa, File No.: 10775/L, or at the email address: gdpr@reinoo.com. The company Reinoo, a. s., has also been designated by the joint controllers as the controller at which the data subject is entitled to exercise their rights under GDPR. Regardless of this designation of Reinoo, a. s., as the controller to contact for exercising the data subject's rights, under Article 26(3) of GDPR, the data subject is entitled to exercise their rights under GDPR with each controller or against each controller.
  2. A data subject's request to exercise their rights under GDPR will be handled by the controller to whom the request is delivered. The controller receiving the request will record it and immediately inform the other joint controllers. If necessary, the joint controllers will cooperate to handle the specific request of the data subject.
  3. The administration and management of the newsletter subscription database is handled by the controller – the company Reinoo, a. s.
  4. Personal data will be processed based on my consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR.
  5. Personal data will be provided to the following recipients: entities to whom the controller provides personal data under law, professional consultants, advisors bound by legal and/or contractual confidentiality, and the provider of the technical solution for managing newsletters, Mailchimp – The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp.
  6. Personal data will be stored for the period determined by the joint controllers.
  7. The cross-border transfer of personal data to a third country is carried out by the service provider Mailchimp to the USA. This service is provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp, United States of America. Standard contractual clauses have been agreed with this company. Details are available on the website www.mailchimp.com. The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp is also part of Inuit, which, along with The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp, is qualified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as per the European Commission's adequacy decision for the USA of July 10, 2023. Further information is available at www.dataprivacyframework.gov.
  8. The processing of personal data of the data subjects is not associated with decision-making based solely on automated processing with legal effects, including profiling.

Instructions on the rights of the data subject:

  1. As a data subject, you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify or delete them, or restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability in the case of personal data processed automatically.
  2. As a data subject, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  3. As a data subject, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
  4. The right to withdraw consent at any time, even before the expiration of the period for which this consent was granted, may be exercised by the data subject as follows:
