NORDCITY Žilina will soon be expanded with another important stage. The Obchodná 2 building will build on the successful concept of Business 1 and will bring 13,236 m² of modern office space and 1,000 m² of commercial premises. With a total of 10 above-ground floors and 100 parking spaces, this project will be a symbol of sustainable urban development.
