NORDCITY Obchodná equipped with an automated control system for external blinds, which significantly contributes to the energy efficiency of its operation. During the night hours, when the building is empty, the blinds are retracted, reducing heat loss and improving the overall energy balance of the building. This system will also be fully operational during the Christmas holidays to ensure efficient temperature control and optimize energy consumption.
